Credit Limit |
The amount of credit extended to the travel agent/corporate client. If the travel agent/corporate client is working with you on a cash basis, do not enter anything into this field. If the travel agent/corporate client exceeds their credit limit, all transactions made for the travel agent/corporate client become cash reservations. In order to handle cash reservations in the B2B selling channel, you are going to need a payment gateway to enable the travel agent/corporate client to pay for transaction. |

Pay cash on non-refundable |
Select this option if the credit limit is extended to non-refundable transactions. Non-refundable transactions are transactions with a 100% cancellation fee. If you select this option, invoices for these types of transactions are treated as cash invoices, and do not credit the travel file and debit the travel agent/corporate client account - even if the travel agent/corporate client still has credit in their balance. With B2B the travel agent/corporate client credit card is going to be charged when the invoice is issued. Also, with B2E4B unless Use Other Payment Method is selected for the transaction. However, even then the invoice does not credit the travel file, and vouchers cannot be issued until the amount is paid. This option also applies even if in the Website Definitions, you select Allow other payment method up to X days prior to departure. If this option is selected, when reserving a non-refundable transaction in the reservations system, for a travel file (new travel file, or travel file with existing services), a cash invoice is issued automatically, it is only issued for the non-refundable transaction, and the other transactions are not included. If you attempt to issue an invoice for multiple transactions, and one of them is non-refundable, all the transactions are treated as cash transactions, and not just the non-refundable transaction. |

Apply interest from installment no.: |
The number of installments from which interest is applied. If you are working with the Spitzer formula, this number replaces the number defined in the Installments Fee module. If you are working with the Interest Table, the interest rates for a lower number of installments do not apply. If you want the travel agent/corporate client to have 0% interest on installment fees, enter a number that is higher than the maximum defined in the table in the Installments Fee module. If no interest is collected from the travel agent/corporate client for installments, the Credit Card Usage transaction fee is not applied (if relevant). The Credit Card Usage transaction fee is only applied to installments with interest. The separate installment fee terms are only applied if in the travel file you issue a receipt that covers an invoice issued to the travel agent/corporate client (Payment - C. Client receipt or Payment by customer). If you issue a general receipt in the travel file (by clicking the Receipt button in the Accounting section), or if you issue a receipt for an individual passenger, the receipt is considered to have been issued for a direct sale and the separate installment fee terms are not applied. |

Select this option if you want the travel agent commission/corporate client reduction for flight services to be equal to the flight supplier commission. This option is selected when the travel agent/corporate client purchase flights at the supplier price. With such agreements, profit from transactions is derived from the transaction fees that are issued. When this option is selected, in the Reservations System, whenever the supplier commission is changed, the travel agent commission/corporate client reduction is adjusted automatically. |
