Israeli ID number validation

Select this option to have the system validate the check digit in Israeli ID numbers that is entered in the ID field.

The ID field appears in the:

• Passenger Details page which appears when adding the customer information to a new or existing travel file.

• Passenger Details page in an existing travel file

• Credit Card Details page.

Prevent passenger credit card details from being updated

Select this option to prevent users from adding a new credit card or editing existing credit card details in the travel file, in the Passenger Details page.

Passenger Labels

Enter the names of up to two fields that will be displayed in the Passenger Details page. These fields can be used for any purpose. If you enter values into these fields, the name of the fields and their content are included in the passenger invoice.

Passenger Label Values

This table is used to predefine list of remarks that can be added to the passenger in the travel file.

1.        Click on Click here to add a new line.

2.        In the Remark field, enter the code remark. This code will be saved in the Passenger Remark field, and will appear in the name report.

3.        In the Description field, enter the description of the code.

To delete a remark definition, click .
