This topic lists all the public reports that can be run in Yellowfin arranged according to folder.
To access the folders, users need the appropriate Travel Booster report user permits.
Some reports have more than one mode. In Yellowfin, there are three types of report modes:
Detailed: The report displays detailed information in the table.
Group by mode: The report displays detailed information that can be grouped according to a specific dimension. Users can further drill-down the report to receive specific information.
Summary mode: The report displays total information that can be grouped according to a specific dimension. Users can further drill-down the report to receive specific information.
Each of the public reports is based on a view. The view determines which information is gathered and displayed in the report. For more information on the individual views, see: Yellowfin Views

The ACI report provides information on agent commission invoices issued through the system.
The report can be used:
To display agent commission invoices that were issued for all travel files or specific travel files on the dates you specify.
To display agent commission invoices that were issued to specific agents/corporate clients.

The Aged Debts report provides information on all invoices and statements that fulfill the following two conditions:
The value date has passed in relation to the date defined under Date to Relate.
The invoices and statements are not fully covered.
The report can be used:
To display the total balance of all travel files with debt opened for travel agents/corporate clients, according to specific filters
To filter the travel files with aged debt opened for travel agents/corporate clients, according to age groups
To display total amounts
View: BSP Income Type
Available modes: Detailed
The BSP Income Type report provides detailed information on BSP vouchers matched in the system, and provides additional information not displayed in the BSP Reconciliation module, such as branch and income type.
This report is intended for support purposes allowing you to view which tickets do not match because of income type.

The Cash Book report provides information on all cashier related documents: Receipts, Deposits & Withdrawals.
The report displays both cancelled and active documents. The cancelled documents are displayed in faded grey.

The CD/DC report provides information on the credit notes and debit notes issued through the system.
The report can be used to display detailed information on credit notes and debit notes issued through the system, including: amounts, document beneficiaries, which account and account types were credited/debited, and the reason the document was issued.

The Detailed PRQ report provides information on vouchers and refunds for which a payment requisitions was issued to pay suppliers or repay customers. The information is taken from contracts, interfaces and manual transactions.
The report can be used:
To display vouchers and refunds that were issued on specific dates
To display payment vouchers and refunds that were issued to specific suppliers
To display payment vouchers and refunds that were issued by specific users

The Documents report provides information on the different documents issued by the system. Each row in the report represents a single document, and the amounts are the total amounts on the document.
The report can be used to display all financial documents, according to criteria that you specify:
Refund, credit/debit, deposit/withdrawal, invoice, receipt, transfer receipt, remittance, tax invoice, voucher, and agent commission invoice.

The Exchange Rate History report provides historical information on exchange rates that were entered into the system.
View: Gift Card
Available modes: Detailed
The Gift Card Report provides information on gift cards and promo codes issued through the system. These gift cards and promo codes are used when purchasing products in the Reservation System.
While the output generated in this report is identical to that of the report generated in Financial - Gift Card Management, this report is used only for reporting purposes while the report in the Gift Card Management module is also used for performing specific gift card/promo code actions (for example, printing, activating, voiding and updating a gift card or promo code).
Also, the Gift Card Management report can display only up to 1,000 rows while the Gift Card report can display an unlimited number of rows.

The INV/STT report provides information on the invoices and statements issued through the system.
The report can be used to display detailed information on invoices and statements issued through the system, including: amounts, status, the issuing user and the agent/corporate client the documents were issued for (if applicable.

The PRQ/RMT report provides information on payment requisitions and remittances issued to pay suppliers or repay customers. The information is taken from contracts, interfaces and manual transactions.

The RCT/TRC report provides information on receipts and transfer receipts issued through the system. The information is taken from travel files, travel agent/corporate client accounts, and supplier accounts.
The report can be used:
To display receipts and transfer receipts that were issued on specific dates
To display receipts and transfer receipts that were issued in specific travel files
To display receipts and transfer receipts that were issued to specific suppliers
To display receipts and transfer receipts that were issued to specific travel agents and corporate clients
To display payment requisitions/remittances that were issued by specific users, or in specific branches

The Supplier Financial Activity report provides information on the financial activity of a specific supplier (or all suppliers) during a defined time period.
The report can be used:
To display detailed information on the financial activity of a supplier (or all suppliers) by listing all the financial documents issued for the supplier, and their accumulated balance.

The Transaction Fee report provides information on all transaction fees issued during a specified time period.

To display transaction fees for travel files opened for travel agents/corporate clients and, or for direct sales

The report can be used:
To display tax invoices that were issued for all travel files or specific travel files on the dates you specify.
To display tax invoices that were issued to specific suppliers

The VCH/REF report provides detailed information on vouchers, STKs, credit vouchers, payment requisitions, refunds and itemized refunds issued through the system, as well as the transactions they were issued for.
The purpose of this report is as follows:
To display all vouchers that were issued, in the supplier currency and/or travel file currency
To display confirmed/and unconfirmed refunds
To display all types of vouchers, such as commission, markup, and ATC vouchers
To track vouchers and refunds that have already been covered
View: Escorted Tours

The Escorted Tours Details report provides information on the registration status of escorted tours sold through the system.
You can use this report to view the number of passengers registered for each price level of the tour.

The Escorted Tours Operation report provides information on all the services included in escorted tours.
The report can be used:
To manage the various service that are included in escorted tours
To view the registration status of the various services included in escorted tours
To view how many passengers have registered for services in escorted tours

The Escorted Tours Registration report provides information on the registration status of the individual passengers in an escorted tour.
Monthly Registration mode provides information on the registration status according to the month of registration
Tour Level Details mode provides detailed information on each tour.
The report can be used as follows:
To view how many passengers registered for an escorted tour in each month.
To view a monthly breakdown of the registration status for each plan in an escorted tour

The Flight Control report is used for managing seats on self-operation flights.
The report can be used to view and track the seat status of self-operation flights sold through the system:
The total number of seats in each class
The total number of available seats in each class
The total number of seats taken in each class
The total number of people who are on the waiting list for seats in each class

Available modes: Hotel nights and rooms, Hotel nights and rooms details (Detailed modes)
The Hotel Nights and Rooms report provides information on all hotel reservations in a defined time period grouped according to hotel. The report returns results on hotel reservations that are on request, and hotel reservations that have been confirmed as OK.
The report output includes information on the total number of passengers, the total number of rooms and the total number of nights booked for each hotel.
The Hotel Nights and Rooms Details mode provides more details which include: passenger name, price level, travel file number, board base and supplier reference number.

The Hotel Iist report provides information on all hotels saved in the system's database.

The Land Arrangement report lists the land arrangement services sold through the system. These services include the following service types: hotel, car, insurance, visa, transfer, cruise, train, tour, activity and general.
The report can be used to view and track the sales of land arrangement services sold through the system.

The List of Participants report detailed information on all passengers who ordered a specific service grouped according to the service start date, hotel location, and hotel where they are staying. This report is used for cross-sale purposes. You can use it to find all the passengers staying at a specific hotel. and offer them an additional service, such as transportation to the airport, an activity, etc.

Available modes: Contract, Package (Detailed modes)
The Price List report provides information on contracts.
Contract mode provides information on hotel, car rental, transport, tour, guide and activity contracts.
Package mode provides information on static package contracts constructed through the Static Packages module.
This report can be used to print the contracts in the system, and send them to the various travel agents you work with. The report can be used to create a tariff.

Available modes: Detailed
The Reservations report provides information on all the reservations that were made in the system - reservation history, status, user actions, etc.

The Segments report provides information on flight segments per customer. The data includes vouchered, non-vouchered, and refunded flight transactions.
The report can be used as follows:
To display detailed information on the flights, according to specific criteria, such as: destination, airlines, flight dates, flight numbers, classes, type of ticket

The Transfer report lists the passengers who have registered for a transfer service grouped by supplier or service date.
The report can be used to manage the transfer operations of a company:
The report can be used to generate a work plan for the transfer drivers
You can generate a report of all the transfers and passengers departing for a specific supplier
You can generate a report of all the transfers departing on specific dates and times

The Detailed with Amounts report provides detailed information on all the transactions in travel files from a defined time range.
The Inv. Paid Unpaid mode provides detailed information on all the transactions in travel files belonging to a specific travel agent/corporate client or direct sale, and includes two tables:
Details with Amounts (Totals by Currency): Displays total amounts in each currency for all transactions returned by the report
Details with Amounts (Inv. Paid/Unpaid): Displays the paid and unpaid invoices in each travel file belonging to a travel agent/corporate client.
The Totals by Currency mode displays total amounts in each currency for all transactions returned by the report
The report can be used as follows:
To anticipate and review transactions that have been made or will be made during a specified time period, such as flights, hotels, and cars
To display detailed information on the services in the travel file
To display detailed information on the transactions in the travel file

Available modes: Detailed
The Escorted Tours Registration report provides information on registration status of the individual passengers in an escorted tour.
The report can be used:
To view how many passengers registered for escorted tours on different dates
To view a detailed breakdown of the registration status for each plan in an escorted tour

The Ext. T. File Report report provides information on travel files opened in the system.
This report can be used as follows:
To display information on all travel files using specific filters
To display the accounting activity in each travel file
To display the profit in travel files, which can be used for calculating incentives
To track the activity in each travel file, from different angles, such as:
Travel files with a debit/negative amount.
Travel files belonging to a specific user
Opened/closed/cancelled travel files
Groups of travel files, according to their attributes
Travel files in queues

The Passenger Details report provides information on all passengers saved in the system.
View: Transactions

The Sales and Profit by Travel File report provides information on the sales and profit on either the transaction level or the travel file level. The columns in this report correspond to the fields in the Profit page in a travel file in the Reservations system.
The profit is calculated as follows: the total amount of markup and commissions on the supplier price plus transaction fees minus reductions and commissions granted to the agent/corporate client.
You can run the report on Forecasted or Actual profit:
Forecasted profit: Forecasted profit is calculated for all transactions and transaction fees
Actual profit: Actual profit is calculated only on ticketed transactions and transaction fees for which tax invoices were issued
This report can be used as follows:
To receive information on the transaction turnover and commission/markup turnover
To view the profitability of the users/branch

The Sales and Purchases by T. File report provides information on travel files that are opened for travel companies that work with the Sales and Purchases accounting method.
This report can be used to display general and financial information on travel files when working with the Sales and Purchases accounting method including:
Forecasted sales
Actual sales from vatable transactions
Actual sales from non vatable transactions
Forecasted costs
Actual purchases from vatable transactions
Actual purchases from non vatable transactions
VAT on transactions

The Travel File by Inventory report provides information on travel files opened for packages, self-operation tours with group travel file information and without group travel file information, and closed groups.
Closed Groups mode provides information on travel files opened for closed groups
Packages mode provides information on travel files opened for packages
Tours mode provides information on travel files opened for tours.
The report can be used for viewing the profitability of packages, self operation tours and closed groups sold through the system.

The Turnover by Supplier report provides information on the following financial documents issued to suppliers: vouchers, refunds, and STKs.
The report also presents information on payment requisitions issued to suppliers who work on a cash basis (the payment requisition acts like a voucher). Each row in the report represents a single financial document that was issued to a supplier. The report does not include cancelled documents.
The purpose of this report is:
To display the supplier's sales turnover
To display detailed information on vouchers, such as commission, airport tax, and the supplier's turnover
To display the supplier's sales turnover, including ATC vouchers
To display detailed information on the vouchers in the supplier currency

The Billing by revenue report provides information on vouchers, tax invoices and invoices issued during a specified time period and is the basis for billing customers for the use of the system based on a percentage of their income. The time period is determined according to the value date of these documents.
The billing amount is calculated as follows:
Percentage of turnover multiplied by the higher of the following two options:
Total amount of vouchers and tax invoices
Total amount of invoices to customers

The Forecast Obligo (By Currency) report provides information on upcoming payments and refunds that need to be made to all suppliers in each currency. The amounts are for net and standard transactions.
The By Currency mode provides total amounts in each currency.
The By Supplier mode provides detailed information on the amounts for individual suppliers grouped according to currency.
The purpose of this report is to increase the effectiveness of currency management by allowing you to view upcoming payments and refunds to suppliers according to different currencies.

The Supplier Details report provides information on all the suppliers including their current balance.
With Service Type mode provides additional information from the supplier account.

The balance in the travel agent/corporate client's account (based only on open invoices)
The travel agent/corporate client's credit limit
Address, e-mail, phone number and market of the travel agent/corporate client

The Corporate report provides information on all the transactions and transaction fees that were created in the system for corporate clients - travel file number, service type, passenger name, etc.
The purpose of the report is as follows:
To display the activity of the corporate client or travel agent by presenting all the details on the invoices
To display travel files opened for the corporate client or travel agent, for which an invoice has not yet been issued

The I2A report provides information on all the invoices and statements issued to travel agents/corporate clients. You can choose to also display in the report open receipts that can be used to cover invoices.
If an invoice is covered by a statement, it is not displayed in the generated report - the statement covering the invoice is displayed. |

To display the list of invoices and statements that were issued to the travel agent/corporate client during a specific time period
To display cash invoices (red invoice)
To display invoices in multiple currencies
To display which invoices or statement were covered, and which are still open
View: Invoice Details

The Invoice Turnover report provides information on all invoices (both credit and cash) issued to travel agents/corporate clients that are not cancelled. Each row in the report presents a single service or transaction fee from the invoice.
