The Service Details tab contains general information on the service and the suppliers. The name of this tab and the information it contains changes according to the service type. With leg transactions, you can find information on each leg service in the transaction. With insurance transactions you can find basic information on the policy and supplements (dates, number of passengers, and suppliers). And, with all other transactions, this tab contains general information on the service the transaction was created for.
