Flight Details

The Flight Details tab contains information on all the legs in the flight transaction. When importing a PNR this information is entered automatically into the transaction. When creating a manual flight transaction, you need to enter the information manually for each leg separately. Fields marked in red are mandatory fields.

The following information can be entered for each leg in the Flight Details tab.

From

Mandatory. The IATA code of the flight origin. You can enter this information manually, or click the From link to select a city from the Cities table saved in the system (Administration Tools – Setup - Cities)

To

Mandatory. The IATA code of the flight destination. You can enter this information manually, or click the To link to select a city from the Cities table saved in the system (Administration Tools – Setup - Cities)

Date

The arrival date

Time

The arrival time

Airline

The IATA code of the airline providing the flight. You can enter this information manually, or click the Airline link to select an airline. Once you enter an airline, this information is also automatically entered into the Ticketing Airline field at the bottom of the tab.

PNR

The PNR number

For each leg, there is a More link, which expands the section to display additional fields, such as departure terminal, arrival terminal, supplier PNR, airline PNR, or time limit.

When you are done entering the information in the first leg, click the Add button to add a second leg. The From field is initialized with the destination from the previous leg.

You can reorder the legs in this section using the   buttons, and to delete a leg click the Del button.

At the bottom of the tab, there is a mandatory Ticketing Airline field, in which you can enter or change the ticketing airline.

The Quote option is currently not active, but may be implemented in the future.

After the pricing information is entered in later tabs, you can view the selling price of the transaction at the bottom of the tab in the Service Value field.
