Notes & Remarks Tab

The Notes and Remarks tab is used for adding notes and remarks to the transaction.

Notes are used for internal communications, and can only be viewed from the transaction.

Remarks are printed on documents issued by the system. You can choose to add remarks to the following documents:

Remarks from interfaces, GDS and contracts are displayed in this tab.

There is no limit on the number of notes and remarks you can add to a transaction.
