This topic explains how to edit the display definitions of a static package, and is also included in the process of creating a new static package. The display definitions include a description that appears in the Reservations System, under the name of the static package that appears in the search results.
If you are in the process of creating a new static package, skip to step 3.
Search for the static package you want to edit.
Click the Edit
icon 
in the row of the static package.
The Details tab of the static package is displayed.
In the General expander, in the Display Definitions section:
In the Description field, enter text describing the static package that you want to display in the Reservations System.

The description is limited to 45 characters. |

This step is unnecessary if you are uploading a description file to the static package. |
If you do not want the static package to be displayed in the Reservations System, select Unpublish.

By default all packages are visible in the Reservations system. Therefore, if you are creating a new package or updating an existing one, you should unpublish the package until you are finished working on it. |
Click Save and Exit, or continue to upload an HTML or PDF description file to be displayed in the reservations system.
