This topic explains how to upload an HTML or PDF description page to a static package, and is also included in the process of creating a new static package. The HTML or PDF description page is displayed in the Reservations System when users click on package to view the package details page and then on the more details link, or in the travel file by clicking on the link in the transaction name.
If you are in the process of creating a new static package, skip to step 3.
Search for the static package you want to edit.
Click the Edit
icon 
in the row of the static package.
The Details tab of the static package is displayed.
In the Description section, click Upload.
The Upload File dialog box appears.
Click Browse... and browse for the file you want to upload.
Click OK.
Click Save and Exit, or continue to upload a thumbnail image, which is displayed in the Reservations System in the search results.
