This topic explains how to create incentive fee records, which is a prerequisite to reconciling incentives with user and freelancers.
Go to Financial - User/Freelancer Reconciliation.
In the Create Data tab, under Create Data, in the Travel File Start Date field, enter the date range of the start date of transactions in the travel file.
In the Check section, if relevant, select the following options:
Voucher reconciled: All vouchers and tickets in the travel file are covered
Invoice reconciled: All invoices in the travel file are covered
This option is selected and disabled if in the User/Freelancer Incentive module, in the General Definitions tab, in the Incentive Value Date section, the option Issue date of the document that balanced the travel file is selected. |
Refund confirmed: All refunds in the travel file are confirmed
Receipt deposited: All receipts in the travel file are deposited
Click Refresh.
The invoices are calculated and added as incentive fee rows to an Incentives Table which can be viewed in the Reconciliation tab.
After the data has been created the following message appears:
If you don't click on Refresh and close a travel file while choosing initialize balance, the incentive fee records will appear in the User/Freelancer Reconciliation module. |
