Products - Self-operation Flights - Hidden Flights

The Hidden Flights tab is only displayed for modular self-operation flights.

In this tab you add the regular flights that comprise the modular self-operation flight. All the flights included in the modular self-operation flight need to share the same class.

To add legs to a modular self-operation flight

  1. Click Click here to add a new Flight.

  2. The Add Flight dialog box is displayed.

  3. In the Add Service section, enter the search parameters:

    Origin

    Select the origin of the flight from the drop-down list.

    The drop-down list displays the names of the cities in your system, preceded by their IATA code.

    Destination

    Select the destination of the flight from the drop-down list.

    The drop-down list displays the names of the cities in your system, preceded by their IATA code.

    Departure

    Until

    The departure dates and times of the flights.

    These fields are initialized from the Information tab.

    There can be a maximum of five days between the dates.

    Arrival

    Until

    The arrival dates and times.

    These fields are initialized from the Information tab.

    There can be a maximum of five days between the dates.

    Airline

    Select the Airline Carrier of the self-operation flight from the drop-down list.

    A carrier only appears in this drop-down list, if the following two conditions exist:

    1. A IATA code is defined for the supplier (carrier).

    2. The flight service is defined for the supplier (carrier).

    Flight No.

    Enter the number of the self-operated flight.

    Group PNR

    Enter the group PNR of the flights.

  4. Self-operation flights matching the search criteria are displayed in the search results.

  5. To add a flight to the modular self-operation flight, click the + button.

  6. Continue to edit or create the price list for the modular self-operation flight.
