This topic explains how to search for user/freelancer incentive fee records and documents that were issued for user/freelancer commission fees.
Go to Financial - User/Freelancer Reconciliation.
Select the Reconciliation tab.
Mandatory. In the Accounting Filter section, in the User/Freelancer field, select the name of the user or freelancer.
Enter the search parameters.

Select what information to display in the Incentives table.
Pending for reconciliation: Display incentive fee records that are pending for reconciliation
Pending for final payment: Display payment requisitions that are not covered by a remittance
Artificial payment requisitions: Relevant if you are working with Sales Targets, display payment requisitions for months in which the user/freelancer was not entitled to receive an incentive because they did not meet the minimum sales target level. You can issue a remittance for these payment requisitions.
This is the only method through which a remittance can be issued for a payment requisition for a month in which the user/freelancer did not meet their minimum sales target level. |
Covered by: Display an incentive fee record that is covered by a specific payment requisition or remittance. Select the document type from the drop-down list, and enter the document's reference number
All documents: Display all incentive fee records, payment requisitions and remittances
Selected only: Display rows that were previously selected and saved using the Save Selection button.
Click Find.
The Incentives table is displayed in the results section with the data you requested.
