This topic explains how to copy a product markup rule. You can copy an entire markup rule, or only part of the rule.

Go to Business Rules - Markup Definitions.
Select the Product tab.
Enter the search parameters.

Travel Agent/Corporate Client |
Select the travel agent/corporate client from the drop-down list. |
Service Type |
Select the service type from the drop-down list. |
Product |
Select the contract from the drop-down list. If a service type is selected, only contracts of that service type are displayed. |
Service Provider |
Select the service provider from the drop-down list. If a service type is selected, only service providers of that service type are displayed. |
Destination |
Select the destination from the drop-down list. |
Region |
Select the region from the drop-down list. |
Country |
Select the country from the drop-down list. |
Service Date To |
Select the date range of the service start in which the markup rule is applied. |
Reservation Date To |
Select the date range of the reservation date in which the markup rule is applied. |
Apply to |
Select whether the markup rule applies to:

Click Find.
Markup definitions matching the search criteria are displayed in the results section.
The markup rules are organized hierarchically from general to specific.
In the row of the markup rule you want to copy,
click next
to the relevant parameter, and select Copy
Item.
All the parameters to the left of the selected parameter, and the markup amount/percentage are copied.
The New item page is displayed with the copied parameters.
Edit the product markup rule as required.
