Adding a guide, car or general transaction to self operation tours

This topic explains how to add guide, car, or general contracts to regular self operation tours. Only one contract can be added per tour for each service type.

  1. In the self operation tour, select the Itinerary tab.

  2. Open the Individual Services expander.

  3. In the Land arrangement services section, in the table, click on the row of the service type you want to add.

  4. The Add <Service Type> page appears.

  5. In the Add Service section, search for a contract using the following search criteria:

    Description

    Destination

    The service destination

    Name

    The contract name

    Supplier

    The service provider

    Category

    The contract category

    Price Level

    The contract price level

  7. Click Find.

    A list of all contracts, one row for each price level, is displayed.

  8. To add a contract to your tour, click +.

  9. Select the transaction dates and click Done.

  10. With guides, the service hours are taken from Setup - Database Definitions - Services, in the Check In / Check Out Time section.

    The Add <Service Type> dialog box closes.

  11. Click Save.

  12. Click to change your selection, or click to delete your selection.
