Enter the default check-in time and check-out time for each service displayed in this section.
In the first field to the right of the service name, enter the check-in time (according to a 24-hour clock).
In the second field to the right of the service name, enter the check-out time (according to a 24-hour clock).

In the Price Component field, select the price component that will be used for defining a double for single price.
This price component is used for pricing a double room for one adult in the Reservations System (see screenshot below).

Note that Double for single occupancy must also be selected in Website Definitions - Content - Services - Hotel in order for this room type to be implemented. |
In the Price Component field, select the price component that will be used in a static package contract for a single passenger using the GV2 class.
For reservations from content interfaces: Select a price component which will be used for rooms for adults which are shared by children. This price component is displayed on all relevant documents.
The price component does not need to be defined for a specific age range because the system sends the interface the passenger ages entered during the reservation process.
The general hotel supplier is the supplier for all hotel reservations made through the GDS.
To define a general hotel supplier, in the Supplier field, select a supplier from the drop-down list.
In this section, enter the number of days prior to the commencement of the service the reservation is sent to the supplier using the Report Reservations to Supplier module.
If you want users to be able to edit the prices in the Accounting tab of flight and other leg transactions, select Disable accounting dialogue lock.

If this option is cleared, with flight transactions only, changing the supplier paid, does not affect the markup and commission amounts in the Accounting tab. |
For standalone hotel queries, if you want to make the Hotel Name field an auto complete field and enable users to search for hotels with a country saved in the database according to name, without selecting a destination, select Enable auto complete for hotel name. This option is intended for small local incoming companies and should not be used by travel companies with more than 500 hotels with countries saved in the database.
If you want the first day of the week in the Reservations System, in date pickers, be Monday, select Start the week from Monday.
