A new calculation sheet is created using the following four tabs in consecutive order:
Information: this tab contains general descriptive information regarding the calculation sheet.
Price Definitions: this tab contains general definitions that will apply to the entire calculation sheet.
Itinerary: this tab contains the itinerary which has been created for the group addressed in the calculation sheet quotation. The components of the itinerary and the general price definitions will determine the price per passenger.
Calculation Sheet: based on the 3 preceding tabs, this tab contains the prices calculated for the group, individual, and total costs. Prices for supplements, when relevant, will also be included in this tab.
Each tab must be completed before proceeding to the next tab in left-to-right order.
Go to Operations – Calculation Sheets.
Click Click here to add a new Calculation Sheet.
In the Name field, enter the name of the group for whom the calculation sheet is created.
If required, in the For field, enter the name of the person requesting the proposal.
If relevant, in the Agent field, select the travel agent requesting the calculation sheet from the drop-down list.
In the UI Language field, select the proposal language from the drop-down list.
In the Staff in Single field, enter the number of staff members (accompanying the tour) that will each require a single room.
This field will be initialized with the value entered in the Staff in single field in Calculation Sheets Settings. |
In the Staff in Double field, enter the number of staff members (accompanying the tour) that will require a double room.
This field will be initialized with the value entered in the Staff in double field in Calculation Sheets Settings. |
If required, in the Notes field, enter a note that can be printed in the itinerary.
Click Save.
The calculation sheet is given a number that will be displayed in the Calc Sheet Number field.
For a new calculation sheet, continue to the Price Definitions tab.
The following fields, located on the right side of the page, will be populated with values after the relevant action has been taken: |

Once a travel file has been created for the calculation sheet, the travel file number will be displayed in this field. The number is an active link and clicking the link will access the travel file in the Reservation System. |

Created: |
The date on which the calculation sheet was created will be displayed in this field. |
Last Updated: |
The date on which the calculation sheet was last updated (saved) will be displayed in this field. |
User: |
The user who created the calculation sheet. |
