This module is used for two purposes:
To issue a financial document that will debit one account and credit another account.
To find all financial documents issued from the system
The Issue Document function is used to issue the following six financial documents: receipt, remittance, tax invoice, credit note, debit note, and gift card.
The Find Existing Document function is used to locate all financial documents that were issued in the system.
To issue an external financial document, select Issue Document and then one of the following:
To find an existing financial document, select Find Existing Document.
Go to Financial - Issue & Find Documents.
Select Issue Document.
Select Receipt.
Select one of the following options:

Select Corporate Client/Travel Agent |
From the drop-down list, select the corporate client/travel agent to whom you want to issue the receipt. |
Select Supplier |
From the drop-down list, select the supplier to whom you want to issue the receipt. |
Locate Travel File# |
Enter the travel file number for which to issue the receipt. You cannot issue a document to a closed travel file. |
Click Continue.
The Receipt Definitions page is displayed.
Go to Financial - Issue & Find Documents.
Select Issue Document.
Select Remittance.
Select one of the following options:

From the drop-down list, select the corporate client/travel agent to whom you want to issue the remittance. |
Select Supplier |
From the drop-down list, select the supplier to whom you want to issue the remittance. |
Locate Travel File# |
Enter the travel file number for which to issue the remittance. You cannot issue a document to a closed travel file. |
Click Continue.
The Remittance Advice Definition page is displayed.
Go to Financial - Issue & Find Documents.
Select Issue Document.
Select Tax Invoice.
Select one of the following options:

From the drop-down list, select the corporate client/travel agent whose account you want to debit. |
Select Supplier |
From the drop-down list, select the supplier whose account you want to debit. |
Locate Travel File# |
Enter the travel file number for which to issue the debit. You cannot issue a document to a closed travel file. |
Select account type/Select account |
From the drop-down lists, select the account type and the account you want to debit. |
Select the income account to credit from the drop-down list.
Click Continue.
The Tax Invoice Definitions page is displayed.
Go to Financial - Issue & Find Documents.
Select Issue Document.
Select Agent Commission Invoice.
Select a travel agent/corporate client account to be credited.
Select the travel agent commission/corporate client reduction account to be debited: Agent Commission or Commission + VAT.
Click Continue.
The Agent Commission Invoice definitions page is displayed.
Go to Financial - Issue & Find Documents.
Select Issue Document.
Select Credit Note.
Select one of the following options to credit:

From the drop-down lists, select the account type and the account you want to debit. |
The credit account and the debit account must be managed in the same currency. |
Click Continue.
The Credit Note Definitions page is displayed.
Go to Financial - Issue & Find Documents.
Select Issue Document.
Select Debit Note.
Select one of the following options to debit:

From the drop-down lists, select the account type and the account you want to credit. |
The debit account and the credit account must be managed in the same currency. |
Click Continue.
The Debit Note Definitions page is displayed.
Go to Financial - Issue & Find Documents.
Select Find Existing Document.
In the Document Type field, select the type of document to find from the drop-down list.
In the Document Number field, enter the number that was issued for the document.
Click View original document or Continue.
The document is displayed.
