Editing the general definitions of a bundled package

This topic explains how to edit the general definitions of a bundled package.

  1. Search for the bundled package you want to edit.

  2. Click the Edit icon in the row of the bundled package.

    The bundled package is displayed.

  3. In the Name field, enter the name of the package. When creating a new package this is a mandatory field.

  4. In the Destination field, select the Destination of the package. This is a mandatory field.

  5. In the Travel File Attributes field, select the travel file attribute that applies to the package.

  6. In the Default markup per person field, enter the default markup amount to be applied to each person booking the package.

  7. If relevant, in the Selling Currency field, select the currency in which the package will be sold in the Reservations System.

  8. The package will only be sold in this currency if:

    • All package components are sold in this currency. The selling price of the internal contracts need to be defined as this currency, and the interfaces need to return products in this currency.

    • In Setup - Website Definitions - Currency, the option Enable display and booking currency change is cleared.

    This currency will also be applied to packages sold in the B2B selling channel - even if there is a different currency defined in the travel agent/corporate client account.

  9. Click Save and Exit.
