Go to Setup – Business Environment - Travel Agent Accounts.
Click Click here to add a new Travel Agent.
A New Item page opens.
Open the Advanced Definitions expander.
Select Agent is GSA.
Continue to create the travel agent account.
This topic explains how to create a General Sales Agent. A GSA can use credit notes to transfer payment to other travel agents that share the same branch. The amount on the credit note cannot exceed the travel agent's credit limit.
