Click Save after updating any option on this page.

System mode

Note that this configuration can only be executed by your Account Manager.

Select Retail to display retail-mode terminology throughout the system.
Select Wholesale to display wholesale-mode terminology throughout the system.

Travel Agent/Corporate Client sort mode

Select Association Number to display travel agent/corporate client names according to association number.
Select Name to display travel agent/corporate client names according to alphabetical ascending order.

Enable storage of credit card details in database

Select this option to store encrypted credit card details in your database.

Print Travel Agent/Corporate Client name and reference on voucher and reservation

Select Never to never print the travel agent/corporate client name on the above two documents.
Select Always to always print the travel agent/corporate client name on the above two documents.
Select Permission Per Travel Agent/Corporate Client to print the travel agent/corporate client name according to the definition for the travel agent/corporate client in Setup - Business Environment - Travel Agent/Corporate Client Accounts - New Item.

Fax Interface

Select the Email to fax check box to enable sending faxes from the system.
In the Domain field, enter the domain name of your fax service provider.

List name

Enter the name of the list displayed in Setup - Definitions. The default name of the list is Guide.

User login password

Use password expiration mode

Select this option to require B2E users to periodically reset their passwords. Enter the number of days after which the users will be required to change their password. After this period, when the users attempt to login, they will be redirected to a page where they can enter a new password.

The period is reset each time the user changes their password (for example, when clicking on the Forgot your password link).

After this option is selected, all users in the system will be required to change their passwords the next time they attempt to log into the system.

Enable storage of user login passwords in database

Select this option to store the passwords of B2E users in the system and enter the number of passwords you want to store in the database. B2E users will be unable to reuse these passwords until they have used more passwords than they number you entered.

For example, you defined that the system needs to store ten passwords for each user. Users will only be able to reuse passwords after having used ten different passwords first.

Transaction Fee Labels

Enter the names of up to six transaction fee names that can be used to create manual Miscellaneous transaction fees.

Report Reservation to Supplier

Select this option to send a separate e-mail for each travel file. When the flag is disabled, one e-mail will be sent for all services, sorted by travel file number.
