Setup - Definitions - Guide List

This page is used to create a list of entries for a specific subject. The entries in this list can be added to a travel file in the General Information page for informational purposes.

By default, the Guide List is created to manage the names of guides. In Database Definitions - Miscellaneous, the name of this list can be changed in the List name field in order to manage different content.

To search for an existing guide name

1. Go to Setup – Definitions - Guide List.

2. In the Guide field, enter part (first letters of first name) or all of the guide name.

3. Click Find.

   Guide names matching the search criterion will be displayed in the results section.

To add a new guide name

1. Go to Setup – Definitions - Guide List.

2. Click Click here to add a new item.

3. In the Guide field, enter the guide name (up to 20 characters).

4. Click to save the new guide name or to revert.

To edit an existing guide name

1. Locate the guide name you want to edit as described above.

2. Click the guide name.

   The name is highlighted.

3. Edit the guide name as required.

4. Click to save or to revert.

To copy an existing guide name

1. Locate the guide name you want to copy as described above.

2. Click the Copy icon in the row of the guide name.

   A new guide name is created as follows:

   [Original guide name] [duplicate number in current session]

3. Edit the new guide name.

4. Click to save or to revert.

To delete an existing guide name

1. Locate the guide name you want to delete as described above.

2. Click the Delete icon in the row of the guide name.

   The following message is displayed:



3. Click Yes to delete.
