The Export Transaction Data module is used for exporting transaction data from the system as a generic CSV or TSV file, or in a format that can be imported into the IBANK system.
This information can be sent to external third parties, such as global consortiums like Egencia, or IBANK which can analyze this data for their own purposes.
The transaction data is exported in a generic format and the file may require further modifications before it can be imported into a specific third party's systems. You can customize the file independently or contact your project manager for further assistance.
You can export data for a specific travel agent/corporate client or market or for all travel agents/corporate clients and markets.
The module is comprised of two tabs:
General Definitions: Used to set up the module. You can define for which type of service transactions and transaction fees to create data - vouchered transactions (or transaction fees with a tax invoice), invoiced transactions, or all transactions. The first time transaction data is created, it will be created only for travel files created in the last X months (the number of months can be viewed, but not changed). Afterwards, transaction data will be created for all travel files created or changed since the last time data was created.

Create Transaction Data: Used for refreshing and exporting transaction data. First you need to refresh the transaction data and after the transaction data is refreshed, you can export it from the system.
The transaction data is exported as an archived *.zip file containing two files: Bookings and Segments. The Bookings file contains information on transactions and the Segments file contains information on individual segments. If you are exporting to IBANK, the archived *.zip file contains 8 files.
