Once financial documents (invoice, receipt, transfer receipt, etc) have been issued for a travel agent/corporate client account, it is no longer possible to delete the account. If you want to stop the travel agent's/corporate client's activity, you need to deactivate the account. |
Go to Setup – Business Environment - Travel Agent/Corporate Client Accounts.
Enter the search parameters.

Travel Agent/Corporate Client Name |
Enter the name or part of the name (first letters) of the travel agent/corporate client. |
Market |
Select the market associated with the travel agent/corporate client from the drop-down list. |
Telephone Number |
Enter the telephone number or part of the telephone number (first letters) belonging to the travel agent/corporate client. |
Association Number |
Enter the association number or part of the association number (first letters) belonging to the travel agent/corporate client. |
Click Find.
Travel agent/Corporate client accounts matching the search criteria are displayed in the results section.
Click the
Delete icon
in the row of the travel
agent/corporate
client.
The following message is displayed:
To delete the travel agent/corporate client, click Yes.
