Deleting an existing travel agent/corporate client

This topic explains how to delete an existing travel agent/corporate client.

Once financial documents (invoice, receipt, transfer receipt, etc) have been issued for a travel agent/corporate client account, it is no longer possible to delete the account.

If you want to stop the travel agent's/corporate client's activity, you need to deactivate the account.

  1. Go to SetupBusiness Environment - Travel Agent/Corporate Client Accounts.

  2. Enter the search parameters.

  3. Field

    Description

    Travel Agent/Corporate Client Name

    Enter the name or part of the name (first letters) of the travel agent/corporate client.

    Market

    Select the market associated with the travel agent/corporate client from the drop-down list.

    Telephone Number

    Enter the telephone number or part of the telephone number (first letters) belonging to the travel agent/corporate client.

    Association Number

    Enter the association number or part of the association number (first letters) belonging to the travel agent/corporate client.

     

  4. Click Find.

    Travel agent/Corporate client accounts matching the search criteria are displayed in the results section.

  5. Click the Delete icon in the row of the travel agent/corporate client.

    The following message is displayed:

  6. To delete the travel agent/corporate client, click Yes.
