This topic explains how to create a new transaction fee description.
Go to Setup – Definitions - Transaction Fee Description.
Click Click here to add a new Transaction Fee Description.
The New Item page is displayed.
In the Name field, enter the name of the transaction fee description. This is a mandatory field.
In the Event field, from the drop-down list, select the transaction fee event to associate with the transaction fee description.
In the Description field, enter the description itself. This is the text that is displayed in the travel file and in the invoice.

The description text can include one or more fields (displayed beneath the Description area) that are populated according to the travel file data. |
Click Save.
