Ensure that the relevant configuration is selected in the Configuration name field before defining any option on this page. Click Save after updating any option on this page.

Automatically report to suppliers all reservations with Request (RQ) and Cancelled (CX) status

Select this option to notify supplier automatically (via e-mail) when the following occur:

• A reservation with RQ status is made.

• A reservation is cancelled.

Each notification is sent individually.

In Operations - Report Reservation to Supplier notifications are now only sent for travel files with allocations.

Regardless of reservation status, automatically report to suppliers all reservations with departure date less than [number of days] days

Select this option to automatically report to supplier all new reservations (with all statuses) that depart in less than the number of days specified in the days field.

Automatically report all reservations to [email address]

Select this option to notify the operator (your company) regarding every reservation that is made in the system.
