  • Click Save after updating any option on this page.

This page is used to define the e-mail addresses for the e-mail messages the system sends and receives.

Field

Description

Web manager e-mail

The e-mail address of the site manager. This address receives e-mails from automatic process, and e-mails related to website issues.

The full list is as follows:

  • Incentive records are created.

  • Static files are updated

  • A reservation succeeded with The Mark Travel Corporation interface, but failed in the system

  • A report failed with Shiloach

  • Cancelling a reservation fails with Tourico

  • If a user does not have an e-mail address, after BSP or ASR files are automatically imported, a summarizing e-mail is sent to this e-mail address.

  • At the conclusion of the import hotels process.

  • When issuing an invoice and receipt, and the receipt is successfully issued while the invoice fails

  • Saving to the database fails when creating a reservation

  • An e-mail is sent from an interface when contacting the interface

  • Information returned from the interface is mapped to the system's code. If new values are returned that are missing a mapping, an e-mail is sent to this address.

  • Importing a PNR from Amadeus fails because the travel file is closed

  • Refreshing transaction data

  • B2B/B2C end of booking e-mails.

Also, this e-mail address is used as the sender address when:

  • The Itinerary is sent to the calendar

  • A message is sent that a license is extended

  • A message is sent regarding a license that is about to expire

Travel Agents/Corporate Clients

In a travel file associated with a travel agent/corporate client, this address is used as the Sender address for:

  • Travel File Details

  • Invoices

If no e-mail is defined, the Sender E-mail is used.

Suppliers

The default e-mail address from which e-mail messages are sent to suppliers.

This e-mail address is used as the sender when reporting reservations and allocations.

In B2S configurations, the e-mail address in this field is used when a supplier confirms reservations or updates contracts.

Company e-mail

The e-mail address from which the system sends e-mail messages. A copy will also be sent to this e-mail.

Send e-mail from

User’s e-mail address: Select this option if you want the e-mail address of the user to appear in the From field of e-mails sent by the system.

Branch's e-mail address: Select this option if you want the e-mail address of the branch to appear in the From field of e-mails sent by the system.
Company's e-mail address: Select this option if you want the e-mail address of the company to appear in the From field of e-mails sent by the system.

Send copy to senders E mail

Select this option if you want the system to send copies of e-mail messages to the e-mail address defined in the Sender e-mail field.

Copies are sent in the following instances:

  • cc

    • A general code which reports that there is a problem completing an e-mail with interfaces

    • Payment failed

    • PNRs have been automatically imported into the system

    • When issuing an invoice and receipt, and the receipt is successfully issued while the invoice fails

    • A supplier updates allocations in the B2S configuration

    • A reservation is made or cancelled

    • A package is amended

    • A supplier confirms a reservation.

  • bcc

    • Importing a PNR from Amadeus fails because the travel file is closed

SMTP fields: E-mail messages are sent through an SMTP server. If your company is using a separate server, enter the credentials in these fields.
