The General Details section includes three expanders:
Company Information: This expander contains your main company details.
Branding: This expander contains definitions to be applied when working in B2B (also B2E4B) or B2C (also B2E4C) mode.
Working Days and Hours: This expander is used to define the working days and hours of your company.
Go to Setup - My Company - General Details.
Open the Company Information expander.
In the IATA Number field - if relevant - enter your company's IATA number.
In the VAT Number field, enter your company's VAT number.
In the Address field, enter your company's address.
In the Phone Number field, enter your company's telephone number.
In the Fax Number field, enter your company's fax number.
In the Website field - if relevant - enter the URL of your company's website.
In the Time Zone field, select the time zone of your physical location from the drop-down list.
This definition is required so that transactions are registered in the database with an accurate timestamp. |
Click Save.
Different branding can be defined in order to distinguish the B2B (also B2E4B) and B2C (also B2E4C) selling modes via different company details that are displayed on itineraries, receipts, invoices and vouchers that are issued.
Go to Setup - My Company - General Details.
Open the Branding expander.
Select Activate different branding for B2B and B2C.
In the Branding for B2B section, enter the relevant details:
In the Branding field, enter the company name to display when working in B2B mode.
Details entered in this field are saved in the <BN> field. This field can be used when defining text to be displayed as remarks in various documents. See topics in Setup - Database Definitions - Documents for more details. |
In the Phone Number field, enter the telephone number to display when working in B2B mode.

In the Fax Number field, enter the fax number to display when working in B2B mode.
In the Address field, enter the address to display when working in B2B mode.
In the Website field, enter the URL to display when working in B2B mode.
Click Save.
Go to Setup - My Company - General Details.
Open the Branding expander.

In the Branding for B2C section, enter the relevant details:

Go to Setup - My Company - General Details.
Open the Working Days and Hours expander.
Select the check box to the left of the day name.
In the From field, enter the time at which the office opens (according to a 24-hour clock).
In the To field, enter the time at which the office closes (according to a 24-hour clock).
Repeat steps a-c for all days on which the office is opened.
In the Office Closing Dates section, define the annual dates in which your office is closed:
Click Click here to add a new date.
Define the date (either manually or by selecting from the calendar).
