Searching for automatic messages

This topic explains how to search for  automatic messages in the Messaging Definitions module.

  1. Go to Setup – Business Rules – Messaging Definitions.

  2. Enter the search parameters.

    3. Field

    Description
    Event

    Select the automatic message event

    Language

    Select the UI language of the automatic message

    E-mail

    Select this option to only display automatic messages sent by e-mail
    Text message

    Select this option to only display automatic message sent by text messaging

  3. Click Find.

    4. Automatic messages matching the search criteria are displayed in the results section.
