Transaction fee rules matching the search criteria are displayed in a diagram in the results section.

The transaction fee rules are organized hierarchically from general to specific.

In the Value column, the transaction fee amount or percentage is displayed. Hovering with the mouse over the number in this column will display the parameters of the transaction fee definition.

  5. Each transaction fee definition includes at least one parameter. More specific transaction fee rules override general transaction fee rules.

The search parameters are hierarchal. From general to specific.

    Example:

If you are searching for transaction fee rules using the Direct Sale and Hotel parameters, Hotel is included in Direct Sale. Therefore, the search results will display all All direct sale business rules, including direct sale business rules defined for hotels.

The results will return the specific transaction fee rules that match the search parameters and the more general rules that also exist.

For example, there are two transaction fee rules: a 2% transaction fee for MyMarket and a 5% transaction fee for All markets. When searching for transaction fee rules for MyMarket, both rules will be displayed because the rule for All markets is going to be applied when a travel file is opened for any market that is not MyMarket, and the user needs to know the more general rule exists.
