This topic explains how to save selected documents.
In the Travel Agent/Corporate Client Reconciliation, Supplier Reconciliation, and User/Freelancer Reconciliation modules you have the ability to save your work. You can select documents, save the documents you selected, and the next time search for documents in the module, the documents you selected will appear in the search results.
For example, if payment was received for 50 invoices, if necessary, you can start selecting invoices, save the selection, take a break, and resume selecting invoices again at a later point.

Invoices that are part of the Save Selection cannot be cancelled in the Reservations System. When displaying these invoices in the Reservations System, they appear with the watermark In Use. |
In the module you are working in, select the documents you want to save.
At the top of the screen, click the Save Selection button.
Your selection is saved.
The next time you search for documents in the module, to display the documents you previously selected, in the Accounting Filter section, select the Selected Only option, and click Search.

To remove the selection, click the Unselect All link, and then click the Save Selection button. |
