Go to Setup – Geography – Regions.
In the Region field, enter all or part of the region name.
Click Find.
Regions matching the search criteria are displayed in the results section.
Click the Delete
icon 
in the row of the region you
want to delete.
The following message is displayed:
To delete the region, click Yes.
