Creating a new region

This topic explains how to create a new region.

  1. Go to Setup – Geography – Regions.

  2. Click Click here to add a new region.

    The New item page is displayed.

  3. In the Region Name field, enter the name of the region. This is a mandatory field.

  4. Select the Service Type Options to associate with the region.

  5. The region is only relevant for the services selected here.
