This topic explains how to edit an existing automatic message.
Go to Business Rules – Messaging Definitions.
Enter the search parameters.

Select this option to only display automatic messages sent by e-mail |

Text message | Select this option to only display automatic message sent by text messaging |
Click Find.
Automatic messages matching the search criteria are displayed in the results section.
Click
in the row of the automatic message.
The automatic message definition is displayed.
Edit the automatic message as required.
Click Save.
