Deleting an existing manual message

This topic explains how to delete a new manual message in the Messaging Definitions module.

  1. Go to Setup – Business Rules – Messaging Definitions.

  2. Select the Manual Messages tab.

  3. In the Message name field, enter the search parameters.

  4. Click Find.

    5. Manual messages matching the search criteria are displayed in the results section.

  5. Click in the row of the manual message you want to delete.

    6. The following message is displayed:

  6. To delete the automatic message, click Yes.
