This topic explains how to delete an existing automatic message in the Messaging Definitions module.
Go to Business Rules – Messaging Definitions.
Enter the search parameters.

Click Find.
Automatic messages matching the search criteria are displayed in the results section.
Click the Delete
icon in the row of the automatic
message you want to delete.
The following message is displayed:
To delete the automatic message, click Yes.
