Creating a group travel file for a bundled package

This topic explains how to create a group travel file for a bundled package.

Group travel files enable you to use the bundling wizard to create conference packages or other types of packages with group costs. Individual passengers book the package that contains the group event, such as the conference. In the group travel file, you can manage the group costs, such as transfers and venue. Group costs need to be managed separately from the bundled package.

  1. Search for the bundled package you want to edit.

  2. Click the Edit icon in the row of the bundled package.

    The bundled package is displayed.

  3. In the upper-right corner, click the Create Group Travel File button.

    4. The Group Travel File dialog box is displayed.

  4. Select one of the following options and click Continue:

  5. The travel file number appears as a link in the General Definitions section.
