Copying an existing automatic message

This topic explains how to copy an existing automatic message in the Messaging Definitions module.

  1. Go to Business Rules – Messaging Definitions.

  2. Enter the search parameters.

    3. Field

    Description
    Event

    Select the automatic message event

    Language

    Select the UI language of the automatic message

    E-mail

    Select this option to only display automatic messages sent by e-mail
    Text message

    Select this option to only display automatic message sent by text messaging

  3. Click Find.

    4. Automatic messages matching the search criteria are displayed in the results section.

  4. Click in the row of the automatic message you want to copy.

    5. A new automatic message definition is displayed with the copied information.

  5. Edit the automatic message as required.

  6. Click Save.
