Deleting an existing CRM type

This topic explains how to delete an existing CRM type.

  1. Go to Setup – Marketing - CRM Types.

  2. In the CRM Type field, enter part (first letters of first word) or all of the CRM type name.

  3. Click Find.

    4. CRM types matching the search criterion are displayed in the results section.

  4. Click in the row of the CRM type name.

    The following message is displayed:

  5. To delete the CRM type, click Yes.
