Deleting an existing CRM action

This topic explains how to delete an existing CRM action.

  1. Go to SetupMarketing - CRM Actions.

  2. In the CRM Action field, enter part (first letters of first word) or all of the CRM action name.

  3. Click Find.

    CRM actions matching the search criterion are displayed in the results section.

  4. Click in the row of the CRM action name.

    The following message is displayed:

  5. To delete the CRM action, click Yes.
