Copying an existing CRM action

This topic explains how to copy an existing CRM action.

  1. Go to Setup – Marketing - CRM Actions.

  2. In the CRM Action field, enter part (first letters of first word) or all of the CRM action name.

  3. Click Find.

    CRM actions matching the search criterion are displayed in the results section.

  4. Click in the row of the CRM action name.

    A new CRM action is created with the following name:

    [Name of original CRM action] [duplicate number in current session]

  5. Edit the name of the new CRM action.

  6. Click to save or to revert.
