This topic explains how to change the name of an existing CRM action.
Go to Setup – Marketing - CRM Actions.

In the CRM Action field, enter part (first letters of first word) or all of the CRM action name.
Click Find.
CRM actions matching the search criterion are displayed in the results section.

Click the CRM action name you want to change.
The name is highlighted.

Edit the CRM action name as required.
Click
to save or
to revert.
