Adding a new CRM type

This topic explains how to add a new CRM type.

• How

1. Go to Setup – Marketing - CRM Types.

   

2. Click Click here to add a new CRM Type.

3. In the CRM Type field, enter the CRM type name. The name (up to 15 characters) can include more than one word.

4. Click to save the new CRM type name or to revert.
