Adding a new CRM action

This topic explains how to add a new CRM action.

  1. Go to Setup – Marketing - CRM Actions.

  2. Click Click here to add a new CRM Action.

  3. In the CRM Action field, enter the CRM action name. The name (up to 15 characters) can include more than one word.

  4. Click to save the new CRM action name or to revert.
