This topic explains how to amend a voucher.
If a supplier sends you an invoice for an amount that is different from the amount that appears on the original voucher amount, you can either split the voucher if the amount is disputed, or amend the original voucher if the mistake belongs to your company.
To amend a voucher you need the Amend Voucher user permit. You can only amend unpaid vouchers. If a payment requisition has been issued for a voucher, you are going to need to cancel the payment requisition before you can amend the voucher, or request a partial refund instead.
Vouchers can be amended in this module, and also in the Reservations System when editing a transaction, in the Accounting tab.
