Adding self operation flights to regular self operation tours

This topic explains how to add self operation flights to regular self operation tours.

  1. In the self operation tour, select the Itinerary tab.

  2. Open the Individual Services expander.

  3. In the Flight section, in the table, click on Click here to add a new flight.

    4. The Add Flight page appears.

  4. In the Add Service section, search for a flight using the following search criteria:

    Description

    Origin

    Mandatory. The city from which the flight departs.

    Destination

    Mandatory. The city where the flight lands.

    Departure

    Mandatory. The earliest possible departure date.

    Until

    Mandatory. The latest possible departure date.

    Airline

    The airline carrier

    Flight No.

    The airline number

  5. Click Find.

    A list of all flights - together with their class - that match your search parameters is displayed.

  6. Select the desired flight and class.

  7. To add the flight to your self operation tour, click Done.

  8. Click Save.

  9. Repeat this procedure for each self operation flight you want to add.

    10. Click to change your selection, or click to delete your selection.
