A passenger attribute is a term that can be assigned to a passenger in a travel file. This attribute, a characteristic of the passenger, is used to filter reports.
More than one passenger attribute can be assigned to a passenger.
Examples of passenger attributes: VIP, Club Member, Skier
Go to Setup – Marketing - Passenger Attributes.
In the Passenger Attribute field, enter part (first letters) or all of the passenger attribute name.
Click Find.
Passenger attributes matching the search criterion are displayed in the results section.
Go to Setup – Marketing - Passenger Attributes.
Click Click here to add a new passenger attribute.
In the Passenger Attribute field, enter the passenger attribute name.
Click
to save the new passenger attribute or
to revert.
Locate the passenger attribute you want to edit as described above.
Click the passenger attribute name.
The name is highlighted.
Edit the passenger attribute name as required.
Click
to save or
to revert.
Locate the passenger attribute you want to copy as described above.
Click in the row of the passenger
attribute name.
A new passenger attribute is created with the following name:
[Name of original passenger attribute] [duplicate number in current session]
Edit the name of the new passenger attribute.
Click
to save or
to revert.
Locate the passenger attribute you want to delete as described above.
Click
in the row of the passenger attribute name.
The following message is displayed:
Click Yes to delete.
Access the passenger's travel file in the Reservation System.
Click Actions in the row of the passenger name.
Click Details.
In the More Info section, assign the relevant passenger attribute(s).
