This page is used for determining how confirmation forms are handled in the system.
Confirmation forms are terms and conditions which you upload into the system as a text file.
In the Reservations System, in B2E travel files, in the Travel File Header section, in the Print menu, you can send the confirmation form by e-mail to the passenger. The passenger receives an e-mail with a link to a B2C travel file containing the trip details and the confirmation form. The passenger then needs to review the information and approve the confirmation form to finalize the booking.

Once the passenger selects the I accept all terms and conditions option, and clicks Confirm, another e-mail is sent to the customer with an attachment containing a print-screen of the travel file that includes partial terms and conditions.

The confirmation form needs to be uploaded into the system as a *.txt file. The confirmation form request and approval e-mails can be uploaded as XSL, or zipped XSL, files.
You can upload separate files for each language.
To make the full terms and conditions viewable, you can add a link to the full terms and conditions document which is saved on your site.
The following information is saved in the system:
When the confirmation form is sent to the passenger
When the passenger clicked the link to the B2C travel file containing the confirmation form
When the passenger accepted the terms and conditions
Select the language of the confirmation form file and e-mails. When sending the confirmation form to the passenger, the system sends the file and e-mails of the language saved in the passenger's account. If their are no files in the passenger's language, the system uses the files uploaded for the English (United States) language. If there are no files uploaded for English (United States), the system sends the hardcoded e-mail messages in English, and in the B2C travel file no confirmation text is displayed (there will still be an I accept all terms and conditions option displayed, but there is no text above the option).
In this field, you can enter the URL to the page containing the full terms and conditions. The URL is the same for all languages.
In this field, you can enter an e-mail address to which the confirmation e-mails are sent as a carbon copy (CC) in addition to the e-mail that is sent to the passenger. The e-mail is the same for all languages.
In this field, you can upload the text file containing the confirmation form for the language selected in the Language field.
In this field, you can upload the XSL, or zipped XSL, file containing the confirmation form request e-mail for the language selected in the Language field.
In this field, you can upload the XSL, or zipped XSL, file containing the confirmation form approval e-mail for the language selected in the Language field.
