This page allows you to define which fields are mandatory when creating B2E communication records in travel files in the Reservations system.
You can select the following fields in order to make them mandatory:
Regarding: This is the activity type. These are defined in the CRM types module
Action: This is the action that needs to be performed in the communication record. These are defined in the CRM actions module
Due date and time: The due date and time of the communication record
Duration: The amount of time in which the action is completed
