The itinerary can be send to a mobile device without having to print any documents. The services booked are displayed in a chronological order, together with a map, alongside the option to plan the trip routing. This is possible for both B2E and B2B channels. This includes the following options for the traveler:
• The option to open the itinerary link using a mobile device – anytime, anywhere
• A chronological display of all services included in the trip
• Map display of all booked services
• The option to expand the display of each service in order to view additional details.
The following table summarizes all new options available in the itinerary for mobile format:

Sending a link from the travel file | After selecting Itinerary for Mobile the send dialog is presented with the following: · The option to select the desired traveler from the list of travel file passengers to whom the email will be sent · The traveler email address is automatically initialized from the traveler’s card and can be edited The option to add a manual remark or to select a pre-defined remark from the Remarks module. The remarks are displayed at the bottom of the itinerary |
Itinerary Page Header | The page header includes: · Background image · Travel file number · The travel dates · The number of passenger in the travel file · ‘For’ field, addressed to the traveler the itinerary is sent to

Background Image | The background image is dynamic and can be displayed according to the travel file destination The image is uploaded under the section Background Image (used in Mobile), which is found under Setup - Product Definitions - Content Management module
If no image has been uploaded, the system default image will be displayed.

Map Display | All services with map coordinates (latitude and longitude) will be displayed on the map. Click the highlighted icon for the map display. |
