In the self operation tour, select the Prices tab.
In the Select Price List field, select a price list from the drop-down list.
The price list is displayed.
To edit the price list, click Edit
To copy a season, click Copy.
Click Save.
This topic explains how to select an existing price list for a regular self operation tour (with fixed quantities or based on allocations).
The existing price list needs to belong to a contract created from a self-operation tour.
To select an existing price list, both tours need to share the same:
Destination
Category
Class names
Number of classes
If two or more self-operation tours share the same price list, if you change a field in one price-list, that field is changed in all self-operation tours that share the price list. This means not only that if you change the price list, you are changing it for all tours use that price list, but also if you change any other field, such as the supplier, you are changing it for all self-operation tours that share the same price list.
In the self operation tour, select the Prices tab.
