This topic explains how to select a default departure airport for dynamic packages. When a default departure airport is selected, in the Reservations System, the airport appears as the default airport in the Departing From field of the query page.
Making use of the default airport is relevant for when flights usually leave from a single airport.
This default airport can be changed by the user during the query process.
Go to Setup - Website Definitions.
In the Configuration Name field, select the website configuration for which you want to select a default departure airport.
In the navigation pane, select Content - Services - Dynamic Package.
The Dynamic Package page is displayed.
In the Query expander, in the General Definitions section, in the Default departure airport field, select the default departure airport you want to display in the Reservations System.
Click Save.
Once the changes are saved, the following pop-up message appears (according to the relevant website configuration).
Click OK.
